Our story
Made tart, then made tart again.
Naturally sour snacks. Double the tartness. Not for the weak.
Some fruit is born tart. We thought it could try harder.
We started with the Montmorency cherry, the sourest cherry there is, and asked a simple question nobody asked us to ask: what if it were tarter? We dried it slowly and tarted it again. Then we did the same to green apples and cranberries.
People told us the name would be a problem. We looked it up. Re: again. Tart: sour. Ed: we did it. It checks out.
So here we are: extremely tart snacks in a very nice bag with a name you'll read twice. We only mean sour. Everything else is your imagination.
